You will receive email notification, once your order has been
shipped. However, all shipments are subject to stock availability.
Orders will be shipped fully insured. When shipping internationally
(outside of the US and Canada), delivery times may vary due
to customs processing and requirements. All shipping
and handling fees are non-refundable.
Shipment
Damage
Our merchandise
is carefully packed for shipment in compliance with carrier requirements.
In the event an item is damaged in shipment, please report this
to Burning Blue Audio and the shipping carrier at same time. We
will contact the carrier to have your shipment traced. Sometimes,
as in the case of shipping carrier, it may take two to seven working
days to track or search. In any event, we are committed to working
with you to resolve problems that result from carrier error or mishandling.
For your protection, our shipments include full insurance for damage
or loss in transit.
30-Day
Money-back Guarantee
While
we encourage you to ask us questions to clarify any issues or concerns
you might have, we do allow you to evaluate our products
for 30 days after you have received them. If, for any reason,
you are dissatisfied with our product, you may return it in its
original packaging during this initial 30-day evaluation period
for a full refund less shipping costs. To qualify
for this guarantee, we encourage you to let us know when you have
received our product (we may also verify by shipper signature records).
Warranty
All Burning
Blue Audio products are covered by a one (1) year parts and labor
warranty. If any manufacturing defect becomes apparent in your products
within one year from the original date of purchase, we will repair
your product free of charge. However, all shipping costs will be
charged to the purchaser.
We reserve the
right to repair or replace the unit with an equivalent product.
This
warranty does not cover damages due to careless handling,
negligence, accident, abuse, or failure to follow operating
instructions. Alteration of or defacing our products cancels
all obligations of this warranty.
